Shannon first began her career in the field of beauty more than 20 years ago as an Esthetician. After many years of working in the spa industry she decided it was time to pursue a more creative outlet. She attended The School of Professional Make-Up in Toronto where she specialized in makeup, airbrush and hair styling. Shortly after graduating she began teaching at her alma mater. Today she continues to enjoy educating everyone from makeup enthusiasts to professional artists.
Since becoming a freelance Makeup & Hair Artist she has been working in film, TV, commercials, music videos, red carpet, and fashion. Some of her career highlights include: volunteering backstage at WE Day, image consulting & re-branding of artists, & working with celebrities at press junkets & red carpets.
As her makeup journey began Shannon simultaneously took up the art of photography and retouching. She wanted to be able to capture the essence and beauty of the model and makeup looks she created. Now she is exploring and creating in the world of 3D, collaborating on photogrammetry projects and designing filters for Instagram.
For over a decade now, she has been extremely passionate about living a cruelty-free lifestyle. Both her hair and makeup kit are fully stocked with the best cruelty-free & vegan cosmetic products.
Currently Shannon is freelancing between Toronto, Ottawa & Montreal.

Shannon is committed to the health and safety of her clients and everyone around her. In addition to her Paramedicine Diploma she has also taken the time to receive certification from both Barbicide and Milady.
